My dad sent me these pictures. Yes, it is a toilet. But it is not just any toilet. It is the one I sat on for 18 years of my life. Yes, it is pink.

where angels land

Some dear friends were in town this weekend. We decided to hike in Zion National Park.




Even the drive out there was beautiful.



We hiked Angels Landing. We weren't exactly the most prepared hikers that morning. We didn't realize the amount of snow/ice that would still be on the trail.



We took many breaks to enjoy the scenery and take fun pictures.





The view at the top was amazing and beautiful.


We celebrated with sushi afterwords. It was a great day.

It rained so much the week before Christmas that it really felt like I was home! This is the Virgin river...it usually is nonexistent and I cringe when people call it a "river", but it was rushing like crazy last week!
